write, write, write

Pink Doors

I'm craving travel and adventure. A year ago today I arrived in Dublin, my first time visiting a foreign land. And now I sit here missing it with all my heart. I miss the wonder and excitement. I miss walking the streets and taking in every little thing that surrounded me. I can remember the excitement of walking around the neighborhood near our Dublin hotel, so tired but not wanting to sleep. Four of us walked the streets with awe. Oh, it's the greatest feeling. I want my life to be full of discovery and magnificent experiences. I've always had this feeling. Even as a little girl I wanted to be an archeologist and uncover extraordinary things. I think that's why I decided on journalism in the first place, I want to discover beautiful things. I want so much to see the world around us, the people, the different cultures and write, write, write. ★

  3. Absolutely fantastic photos! When there are places as gorgeous as that out there in the world, why wouldn't you want to travel everywhere and see all that you can possibly see? Before I die, I want to make sure that I've traveled to as many places as I can, because living in the world without actually seeing it would just be sad D:

  4. i feel this way for france and england!

those are some mighty lovely photos. i want to visit ireland so much, especially since my boyfriend is part irish. i love irish accents! and it just looks so green over there.

sadly, it's so far away from my home country. so visiting would be expensive and take a long time. i can't wait though, it looks like you had a very pretty time.

  8. Those photos are so beautiful. I'm just like you. I want to travel and seek adventure. I have this crazy little story of what I want to do one year of my life and everyone thinks I'm bonkers when I tell them, but I don't care.
