Hello Kitty

I dislike cats, but love Hello Kitty. Does that make any sense? Probably not. Yet I've already decided that my toaster, once I have my first home, will be my Hello Kitty toaster. The toaster that I have yet to even open. I am drawn to many Japanese characters. And Japan seems to be obsessed with Hello Kitty. For instance, on Flickr you can find pictures of Hello Kitty restaurants. I found this a bit extreme, but still love it!
