This is the most random entry, but oh well. I have become obsessed with making this yummy snake & thought I would share.
S'mores Popcorn Recipe
Ingredients: 1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed; 1/2 cup butter; 1/2 cup corn syrup; 1/2 tsp. baking soda; 10 cups plain popcorn; one 10 1/2-ounce bag mini-marshmallows; 2 cups chocolate Teddy Graham cookies; 1 cup milk chocolate chips
1. Combine brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda.
2. Combine popcorn and marshmallows in a large bowl. Pour the sugar mixture over them and stire to spread it evenly around. Stir in cookies and chocolate chips. Spread mixture evenly into a greased 9-by-13-inch pan.
3. Refrigerate 2 hours to cool. Break into bite-sized pieces.
Tips:
1. Remove popcorn kernels before adding mixture.
2. Substitute light corn syrup.
3. Wait about 30 seconds before stirring in the chocolate chips, otherwise they will melt completely with the hot sugar mix.
